Dream Big Darling is thrilled to announce that we are offering 5 scholarships for the inaugural Wine Business Executive Workshop at Linfield University’s Center for Wine Education! Located in the heart of Oregon Wine Country, this one-day intensive is designed for wine industry professionals navigating today’s complex business challenges and looking to sharpen their business acumen.

Dream Big Darling 2025 Retreat
Join Dream Big Darling as we connect the best and brightest women in the industry in a stunning setting offering enormous character, beautiful landscapes, and rancho hospitality. Over the course of two exciting days, our intimate in-person retreat at the Parkfield Lodge and community will feature a combination of incisive thought leader presentations, hands-on educational exercises, nature outings, live music and more that marry the unique beauty of Parkfield with our goals of professional development, personal growth, and community building.
25 scholarships (valued at $5,000 per person) are available with a deadline of May 15, 2025.
CAREER COACHING SCHOLARSHIP
FLOURISH:
The FLOurish scholarship program is a personalized professional coaching series featuring free (with a value of $6,500 per recipient) one-on-one career sessions with The Millinger Group and Dream Big Darling. The funded, six-month program is designed to assist and mentor emerging women leaders in the wine and spirits industry through personalized assessments, insights and mentorship.

In honor of our beloved founding member, Melodee Crank, whose love and passion continue to inspire us, Dream Big Darling is committed to awarding up to three $1000 scholarships each year to deserving individuals in our community.
The Lyric Scholarship aims to provide support and relief to women in the wine and spirits industry who are navigating difficult medical situations, ensuring that they can continue pursuing their dreams and aspirations. We believe that everyone deserves a chance to overcome obstacles and create their own harmonious journey.
