Women are the #1 audience in the wine/spirits/alcohol beverage market but are underrepresented in all facets of the industry. We recognize that a key element in visualizing and achieving professional success is having role models and mentors whose own experiences and trajectories align with yours.

We’re committed to providing a network of people you can lean on throughout your career—all with the goal of uplifting you on your journey—as well as offering a supportive space for sharing knowledge that’s specific to the experiences, challenges and perspectives unique to women in their career planning and early professional evolution.

Our community is deliberately intimate.

Going deep with a smaller audience can make a huge impact on members who in turn become ambassadors of the learnings and contacts among their own peers and the broader community.  It creates a tight kinship and close bond among members and mentors who stay connected along their entire professional journey. Our in-person events—typically around 20-30 people—give attendees the opportunity to network more directly amongst themselves as well as pursuing individual education. Our goal is to create meaningful and everlasting relationships that result in long-term, impactful change.

Real-life experience is an essential part of our ethos.

Providing access to real opportunities and practical experience is key to building a career and honing your plan. Our Fresh Voices program and FLOurish mentoring and scholarship program with Rona Millinger and the Millinger Group offers hands-on support to participants as they navigate real-life situations in their career.

Our annual retreat means face-to-face connection with mentors and others building their career like you.

Our multi-day retreat offers a rich and electric environment in which attendees make friends and meaningfully engage people, with a combination of nature, adventure, keynote speeches, small-group activities, dancing and dinners. Much more than a one-time networking mixer or event, the retreat offers a deep and different perspective on you, your career and how you can apply your own personal gifts to your professional plan.

Our directors and advisors come from all walks of the wine and spirits industry, bringing vast knowledge,
connections and insights to our programs and members.
