Calling all supporters of Dream Big Darling and past FLOurish participants. The FLOurish Scholarship was created out of our love and passion for supporting the next generation in the wine and spirits industry. We believe that a rising tide lifts all boats, and helping women early to mid-level in their career grow and succeed also positively impacts the success of our industry.

This scholarship supports emerging women leaders in our industry with 1:1 professional career coaching, mentorship, community and networking opportunities. Read more details here.

Thanks to our generous donors, we are able to offer a minimum of 17 scholarships for the 2023 cohort!

While our goal is to fill all 17 spots with incredible women, the opportunity is only as good as how many people know about it.
