The annual Dream Big Darling Foundation Retreat is our primary mechanism for mentoring rising talent in the wine and spirits industry. We provide scholarships to qualified applicants who enjoy a full ride to the retreat. The retreat is a multi-day experience featuring notable speakers, workshops, networking and more—all with the goal of fostering professional development and career opportunities. The Dream Big Darling Retreat takes place at Ancient Peaks Winery’s beautiful Oyster Ridge venue in the Paso Robles wine country on California’s Central Coast.
