From our Founder

“Dream Big Darling” is a symbolic phrase. My grandmother, who was one of the most influential people in my life, used to tell me to “dream big, darling” while I was growing up. To me, darling is a word that signifies both endearment and empowerment. It exemplifies kindness, caring, understanding and unconditional love.

 I believe that “dreaming big” is something that we could use more of in this world. Throughout my own career, I have been blessed by caring mentors who have helped me do just that. The same is true for everyone on our leadership team. Now it is our turn to give back and change lives.

 Indeed, our dream of mentoring the next generation is already happening in big ways, thanks in large part to your generous support.
